Open Prep: Today we are testing one of the most iconic CrossFit Benchmark workout ever, Fran!
This is not only a great way to test your fitness but it will also give you an opportunity to try your hand at Thrusters, which if my memory serves me correct is 1-2 movements that has always been in the Open.
There are plenty of ways to scale this workout but make sure you are choosing a challenging option. It is a short face pace workout that is intended to be completed under 7 minutes. Which will give plenty of time to sneak in a lift or work on some accessory work.
