Day 4 Pull-up Challenge

6×5 (30 reps total)

Last week we completed a 8×3 (24 total reps) this week we are increasing the volume. The goal is to complete a 6×5 set of pull-ups unbroken with full range of motion. Last set will be a Max-Effort. Score total reps into wodify. If you can’t complete the sets x reps unbroken than scale the Pullup down so that you can complete the work.
