As mentioned on Monday, we will be using Wednesdays and occasionally Saturday to test out several CrossFit Benchmarks throughout the Summer. Do not miss this opportunity to test your fitness and either establish a baseline number to begin to chase or re-test this benchmark to track your progress from years before.
