Saturday morning we will be testing the CrossFit Benchmark "Fight Gone Bad" This is a classic CrossFit benchmark and a great way to test your fitness and your progress. We re-test this workout 1-2 times a year and it is always exciting to see how well you improve!

Wall-ball Shots (Reps), 20#
Sumo deadlift high-pull (Reps), 75#
Box Jumps, 20" (Reps)
Push-press (Reps), 75#
