Before we begin the Met-Con we will spend some time warming up and playing around with various lunges, (overhead, front rack, back rack lunges) and find a variation that we are comfortable with for the Met-Con.

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

20 Bar-Facing Burpees

50 ft. Bearcrawl or 8 Wall-walks

50 ft. Overhead Barbell Lunge 95/65
20 Barbell Burpees

Then…
5 min AMRAP:
50 ft. Handstand Walk
20 Pullups/10 Muscle-ups

For this WOD we will record total reps. Handstand Walks and Bearcrawls will count as 4 reps for every 25ft. completed.
