Front Squat (5 Reps)

50 Pullups
4-200 m. relay (2 each)
50 Barbell Burpees
Use separate equipment. Setup next to each others square. maintain 6 feet distance.
You work while your partner rests
Each 200 m. run is counted as 20 reps
Opt. 2 5×5 @ 70% of 1RM
Opt. 3 10 min EMOM 5 reps @ 55% of 1RM
