We will be taking on Grace and Isabel for the Met-Con today. Two classic CrossFit Benchmarks. There will be a 6 minute cap on each of the benchmarks with 6 minutes rest inbetween each. You may choose which benchmark you want to take on first. If this is your first time doing the benchmarks, we recomennd scaling it to 95/65 or 55% of your 1RM.
