This week we are increasing our volume to 45 reps. Last set will be max-effort.. Record total reps into Wodify. The goal for today is to complete 45 challenging pull-up reps with whatever rep scheme you prefer.

If you need to scale the pull-ups, choose an option where you can at least complete 2-3 reps each set unbroken.
