Back Squat (10-10-10-10-10)

Starting a new 16 week strength cycle for the back squat! Starting with a 5 x10 at 60% of estimated 1 RM. All sets must be at the same weight. Last set is a max effort. Record last set in notes. It is recommended that you take 10% off of actual 1 RM to start this program.
