Run 200 meter then perform M.E. Clean and Jerk.

Good Mornings (12-12-12-12-12)
Optional Accessory work.
Choose a light weight and perform 5 sets of 10-15 reps.
Rest 1-2 mins in between set
The goal with this piece is to build strength in the lower back. Only work with weight that can be done with perfect form.
