Warm-up to 65% of 1RM then perform 2 position snatches for the following rep schemes 3 sets x 1 rep @65%, 3 sets x 1 rep @70%, 3 sets x 1 rep @75%.

Take your time in-between sets, keep weight light and focus on technique.
