Perform Max-Effort handstand hold then
Rx+ 3 Wallwalks +10 shoulder taps
Rx 3 Wallwalks + 10 handshifts
Scaled 3 Wallwalks
For the Handstand Hold perform it against the wall, or freestanding.
For each wallwalk start in the plank position, walk up the wall touch nose perform taps than walk back to the plank position.
