50 Double/Single under or Jumping Jacks

20 W. Lunges

+ ME Pushups

-Rest 1 min-
Each 3 min AMRAP will begin with 50 Double-unders followed by 20 W. Lunges (10 on each leg) , the remainder time of the 3 min AMRAP will be used to perform as many pushups as possible.
