Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)
The fitness test this week is to accumulate 500 V-ups/Reverse Crunches or Sit-ups for Rx or 750 for Rx+ over the next 6 days. Monday through Saturday.
Each day you will enter your total reps for the day into WODIFY. You can do as many sets throughout the day to meet your goal. If you meet your Abs by summer goal by Saturday you will score 6 points.
You can also count your V-ups/Reverse Crunches/Sit-ups that are performed in the WOD.
Mix and match the 3 options, do a variety and have some fun with it
