This week we thought it would be fun to do something a little different than last week. The fitness test this week is to accumulate 500 pushups for Rx or 750 pushups for Rx+ over the next 6 days. Monday through Saturday.

Each day you will enter your total reps for the day into WODIFY. You can do as many sets throughout the day to meet your goal. If you meet your pushup goal by Saturday you will score 6 points.

You can also count your pushups that are performed in the WOD.
