Rx+ 20 Reps
Try and get outside if you can tomorrow, if not sub the run for 50 Single/Double-unders
This workout will be run like an EMOM
Try to complete the work within the minute and rest the remainder.
If you can’t finish the run or your reps within the minute, finish your set and rest the remainder of the next minute.
Log completed rounds and extra reps into WODIFY.
