Saturday is our 1st Community WOD. We will have our regular 9am class followed by the community WOD. Feel free to come to either class. The community WOD will be a little more structured and scaleable for all levels of fitness. This is a great opportunity to bring any family or friends that may be interested in trying out CrossFit.
