CrossFit WOD (workout of the day)

CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program designed to help individuals reach optimal fitness and achieve their full athletic potential. Our program focuses on reducing excess body fat and building lean muscle mass through the use of functional movement patterns (squatting, pressing, pulling, running, jumping, throwing, etc.) This is all done at a high level of intensity to effectively get you in the best shape of your life. The CrossFit WOD is an all-inclusive program and scalable for all levels of fitness.

CrossFit Skill WOD

CrossFit Skill WOD is a supplemental program designed for athletes who are seeking to become competitive in the “sport of CrossFit”. Whereas our regular CrossFit classes are focused on helping individuals achieve their full-athletic potential, our Skill WOD program is geared towards prepping our athletes to participate in local CrossFit competitions as well as the CrossFit Open. Our focus is on developing higher-level gymnastics and Olympic weightlifting skills to become more competitive in the “sport of CrossFit.”

CrossFit Endurance

CrossFit Endurance is an endurance sports training program designed to improve performance fitness and endurance sports potential. Our Endurance program focuses on running.

CrossFit Kids

CrossFit Kids is designed to get your child (ages 6-11) moving, learning team work and having fun with fitness. Classes consist of functional bodyweight movements and active games.

Open Gym

Open gym is available to all CrossFit Ironside members. Open gym is a time for athletes to train independently. A coach will be present during open gym hours to provide assistance as needed.

CrossFit On Ramp

On Ramp is a prerequisite to CrossFit Daily and CrossFit Foundations.  The purpose of On Ramp is to assess each athlete’s fitness level and introduce the nine foundational CrossFit movements, and establish a baseline for our strength program.
